How much are the shipping costs?
RAVE Clothing offers free shipping for orders over €50 (worldwide).
For orders under €50 the shipping costs are €4.99.
Orders with multiple products may Partial shipments arrive.
If the item is re-shipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to claim the flat rate shipping fee retrospectively. The flat rate is €4.99.
When will my delivery arrive?
Our delivery time is 1-3 working days. We deliver your order in Germany via DHL package. International orders are shipped with DHL, DPD, GLS or UPS depending on the delivery country.
During certain promotional periods such as Black Friday, longer delivery times may occur due to the increased order volume.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. You will usually receive your orders within 3 working days, but for some orders it may take a little longer.
Can I change when and how my package will be delivered?
Yes, that works! Our shipping partner DHL will send you an email to announce the package. You can use this to specify your desired delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery day.
What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?
If the parcel delivery person doesn't find you, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether your parcel was delivered to a neighbor or to a branch, for example. In some cases a new delivery attempt is made.
My package should have arrived already! What should I do?
Please use the shipment tracking to check whether the package was delivered to a neighbor. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us here.
How do I track my package?
We will send you an email as soon as your order has left our depot and been dispatched. In the shipping confirmation you will find a link to track the shipment. You can also log in to My Account, select “My Orders” in the options and click on “Track Shipment”.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship from our warehouse to over 95 countries worldwide. Including the entire EU, Switzerland, North America, Australia and certain areas in South America, Asia and Africa.
If your shipping country cannot be selected during checkout, please contact us and we will arrange shipping for you manually.
What should I do if I haven't received my order in the specified delivery time?
1. Wait another day or two:
Shipments may arrive late for unforeseeable reasons. We understand that late shipments are frustrating, but please remember that our delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee.
2. Contact our customer support:
Notify us of late orders and we will check the current delivery times in your region. We may ask you to wait a few more days for an order. Contact us using our contact form on our help page.
My order has been shipped, why don't I see tracking information?
Your order has shipped, but it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's tracking system.
Note that when tracking international shipments, it may take a few days for updates to appear, but this does not necessarily mean that the shipment has been lost.
What happens if I haven't received my package but the tracking information shows it was delivered?
There are cases where delivery has been made, but the package was left in an unexpected place. Please contact the carrier and request further details. For example: “Placed under the table in the garden.”
If the carrier marked the shipment as delivered but you did not receive the order, RAVE Clothing will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding .
Can I request a redelivery of my package if I missed a delivery attempt?
You missed the delivery? Then it could be:
- that your package will be delivered tomorrow. Most shipping companies start a new delivery attempt the following day. You can use your tracking number to find out online when the next delivery attempt will take place. Or contact the shipping company directly to schedule a new delivery date.
- that your package has been dropped off at a pickup location near you. In this case you will find a notification card from the parcel carrier in your mailbox. When picking up, remember to bring both the notification card and your ID card. You have 7 days to collect the package. It will then be sent back to RAVE Clothing.
If the item is re-shipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to subsequently claim the shipping fee. The flat rate is €4.99.
Returns and exchanges
How do I return my item(s)?
All items you wish to return must be in perfect condition. All labels must still be attached to the goods. Pack all items in their original packaging.
Start the return via our returns portal and simply follow the instructions. You will receive all the information at your fingertips and can then hand in your return at a parcel shop.
Can I exchange an item?
It is of course no problem to buy two different sizes of a product if you are not entirely sure about the size. It's best to take a look at our size guide on the respective product page in advance to find the right size. If you don't like an item you ordered or the size doesn't fit you, you can exchange the item for the correct size within 30 days.
Click in the Returns portal "Exchange size", select the relevant items and enter your desired size. Pack the items in the original packaging and send them to our return address within 5 days using a shipping service provider of your choice. Exchanges will be shipped to the same address as the original order.
Under what conditions can I return my product(s)?
To ensure a full refund, items should be properly packaged. In addition, the products must be unworn and must not be damaged beyond normal signs of wear that occur when trying on the product.
A return is possible if the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original condition and originally packaged.
- The original labels are attached to clothing items.
- Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
Please note that this The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, as these items are made especially for you. Such items can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive your return, our team will process it within 48 hours. Once your return has been verified, you will usually receive your refund within 7 days. After we initiate your refund, it still needs to be processed by your bank. Depending on which payment method you used, this can take a different amount of time.
In our returns portal you can choose how you would like to receive your refund. You can choose whether the refund should be made via the original payment method or a shop credit.

How much does it cost to return items?
Returns must be sent back at your own expense. As a rule, a return costs between €2-4, depending on the shipping service provider.
If an order with a value of over €50 is returned to us in full, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee. A flat rate can be claimed retrospectively. The flat rate here is €4.99.
How long do I have to return my order?
Our extended return period is 30 days and begins on the order date. Please note that we will no longer process returns that reach us after 30 days from the order date. In this case, a refund is excluded.
For returns that are sent back to us more than 30 days after the order date, the products will be donated to a non-profit organization (e.g. Caritas Berlin).
Returns , which are sent to our office address or our warehouse address after 30 days at your own expense cannot be taken into account. A refund is excluded.
In which cases is it not possible to exchange an item?
Personalized products are made especially for you. They therefore cannot be returned unless there is a production error.

You can return items to us within 30 days, even if you bought them on sale. We want you to be satisfied.
Klarna: How does the return work?
If you have already paid for the order and sent something back, you don't need to do anything else. You will receive a refund from Klarna for the returned items within 5 working days.
If you have not yet paid for the order, you can proceed as follows to pause the payment:
The Payment deadline for RAVE Clothing orders is 14 days. For this reason, we recommend registering your return on the Klarna website.
Open your order on the Klarna website and click on “Register return”. You can then specify how many products you would like to return. Your payment will now be paused until the return has been processed. Klarna will then inform you of the new invoice amount.
If you still received a payment reminder even though you have already returned your items or order, in this case contact Klarna customer service directly.
Please note that RAVE Clothing customer service cannot extend your invoice deadline.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in the RAVE Clothing online shop with the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Immediate transfer
- Invoice with Klarna
- Credit card (VISA , MasterCard)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Note that some payment methods require creditworthiness and may not be available in your country. Available payment methods will be displayed in the checkout process.

Klarna: Who can I contact if I have questions about an open invoice?
If you have any questions about payment or payment requests, please contact Klarna's customer service directly..
Klarna customer service can provide you with information about the payment status or the expected payment date Give the booking date of your credit and explain why you received a payment request.
How do I receive an invoice for my order?
Your invoice is always included in the confirmation email and shipping confirmation email that you received from us. After you have placed an order with us, you will receive it confirmed by email. Open the email and look for the wording “Download invoice as PDF”. This is provided with a link that leads to your invoice.
Can my delivery and billing addresses differ from each other?
Yes, your delivery address may differ from your billing address as long as both addresses are in the same country.
All you have to do is uncheck the 'My billing address matches my shipping address' box. You can then enter a different billing address.
Order
Your item is defective or damaged?
We're sorry. Please contact us by email to service@rave-clothing.com and tell us your problem. We will contact you as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement.
What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?
If the order is not yet packed, please feel free to contact us and inform us of the change. We will try to change the delivery address later. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the change can still be made.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us directly and we will of course be happy to send it out again.
Please note that if the item is sent again due to an incorrect address, a flat rate shipping fee of €4.99 will be charged.
I received an item that I did not order
Were the wrong item delivered to you instead of the item you ordered? Or did you receive an additional item that you did not order?
Please contact us using one of the contact options. Give us your order number and the incorrect item. We'll be happy to take care of it.

What are your sizes?
Some of our sizes are unisex sizes. Therefore, please note the information on the product pages. In some cases it is advisable to order a size larger or smaller. You will also find a size guide on each product page that you can use to determine your size.
Men:
T-shirt: Runs smaller. We recommend going one size larger.
Hoodies: Runs smaller. We recommend a size larger.
Sweatshirts: Runs smaller. We recommend going one size larger.
Tank tops: Fits true to size. We recommend your usual size.
Windbreaker: Fits normal. We recommend your usual size.

Get a tape measure, write down your measurements and use the size chart to find the right size. You can find our size guide here.
What can I do if an item in my size is sold out?
As a rule, we always have all sizes in stock. If your size is sold out, just check back in our shop in a few days. Sold out sizes are usually back in stock within 3 days.
Washing instructions
Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees
We recommend washing your textiles at 30. At this temperature, textiles are just as clean as at higher temperatures. You also save a lot of energy and emit less CO2. If it is very dirty, we recommend soaking the textiles beforehand.
Separate textiles by color
It is best to wash your textiles with the same or similar colors to avoid discoloration from other textiles. I.e. white with white, black with black and colorful with colorful. This way you can ensure that your textiles retain their original color even after several washes.
Better avoid tumble dryers
Products can always shrink easily in the dryer. We therefore recommend: avoid the dryer. This means you maintain the quality of your textiles even after many washes.
No fabric softeners or bleach
These products are aggressive cleaning agents that you should avoid. They harm most textiles and the environment.
Wash new products before wearing
In some cases, people react allergically to substances that are used in the production of textiles or have come into contact with them. Therefore, wash your new products before wearing them for the first time.
