By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.
- The organizer of the competition is RAVE Clothing, Marcel Habermehl, Kleinbachstr. 3, 35510 Butzbach.
- The opportunity to participate in the above-mentioned promotion ends on August 25th, 2023 at 2:59 p.m.
- Only one participation per person is possible.
- People who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
- Those people who tag friends in the competition post on the RAVE Clothing Instagram channel (@ravexclothing) and follow the channel from August 23, 2023 (6:00 p.m.) to August 25, 2023 (2:59 p.m.) are eligible to win and like the post. The prize will be raffled among all eligible participants.
- The winners will be randomly drawn from all participants and notified via a comment under the Instagram post.
- Winners must submit their mailing address via private Instagram message within one week of notification. Otherwise, the right to the prize will expire and the prize will be raffled off again. The postal address is only used to send the prize.
- One (1) winner will be drawn. The prize includes a Rave All Night T-Shirt in his or her size and a 50 euro voucher for the winner. The prize will be sent to the winners by post.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged and cannot be paid out in cash.
- RAVE Clothing is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winner will receive an appropriate replacement prize.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- The participant's data will be processed for the duration of the campaign and deleted after the campaign has been finalized, provided there are no retention or limitation periods to the contrary.
- RAVE Clothing reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without giving reasons if manipulation is suspected. If the winner has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently withdrawn; A prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
- RAVE Clothing reserves the right to terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing any deadlines. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. ban by Instagram.
